Learn about ordering, installation, delivery, warranties, and customer responsibilities before your purchase.

Customer understands that installation may require heavy equipment, including skid steers, trailers, excavation equipment, and concrete saws. Storm Shelters Online shall not be responsible for ordinary wear, cosmetic damage, tire marks, cracking, settling, or deterioration to driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation systems, or similar surfaces resulting from reasonably necessary installation activities.

Customer is responsible for identifying all underground utilities, plumbing, sprinkler systems, cables, water lines, and post-tension cables prior to installation. Storm Shelters Online shall not be responsible for undisclosed underground obstructions.

If rock or other subsurface obstructions require specialized equipment, additional charges may apply as disclosed by the installer.

Certain municipalities require permits for storm shelter installations. Customer acknowledges responsibility for obtaining and paying for all required permits unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Oklahoma City requires permits for above-ground and below-ground shelter installations.

Customer agrees that cancellations, modifications, warranties, and installation specifications provided by Storm Shelters Online shall apply to this agreement.
